Policy Advice
The question that policy makers face today is the same as Lenin had to ask himself after the successful October Revolution: What to do? In order to help policy makers to answer to this question, current page intends to bridge research and policy. In other words, it offers research based policy advice and recommendations in the area of higher eduation, research and development.
