Requirements Discussion

We use this discussion to record comments and suggestions regarding the best practices, shortcomings and solutions, conventions and novelties in language documentation. This acts as an open forum on topics such as what should or shouldn't be included in the design of the language archive or a database. Here, participants may also engage in a public dialog regarding the merits of various requests for enhancements. Anyone is welcome to submit suggestions.

Knowledge Base

We use this discussion to record common questions and answers appearing in the course of working on a project like this one. Topics include good sources of information and resources on linguistic databases, information on building various constituent parts of the linguistic database, and anything else that people in the project or interested in similar areas would find generally useful.
