Phase 1 (April 30 to June 30 2006)
1- An Issue Paper will be released on the nature of post-war media in Iraq, and how it serves as a reflection of the current instability in the country. It will introduce the problem of negative ethno-sectarian discourse in various Iraqi media outlets.

Phase 2 (July 1 2006 to July 30 2006)
1) Collection of media material in Iraq
2) Conducting interviews with various figures involved with the Iraqi media

Phase 3(August 1 2006 to October 1 2006)
1) Analysis of media material
2) Preparation and submission of interim Policy Study to IPF Group Advisor

Phase 4 (October 1 2006 to December 5 2006)
1) Revision and submission of second Policy Study for final comments

Phase 5 (December 5 2006 to February 15 2007)
1) Final revision and submission of final Policy Study

Phase 6 (February 15 2007 to May 1 2007)
1) Rewrite of the Policy Study for submission to an academic journal
2) Deliver talks on Policy Study findings
3) Deliver final Policy Study to stake holders
