2002 - 2003: Child welfare policy in Mongolia
The objectives of the project are to compare children's services policy in Mongolia during the socialist period and the transition period; conduct a cost-benefit analysis for children's services policy; identify the most effective welfare policy formulation for children in difficult circumstances; and write a policy paper with recommendations for the Mongolian Government and Parliament officials.
