2003 - 2004: Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia: Proposals for legal and administrative reforms
The objectives of the project are to explore the position, competence and actual role of the Constitutional Court of Macedonia; formulate proposals for legal and administrative reform of the Court; draft constitutional amendments and outline future legislation on the Constitutional Court; design a popular brochure to inform citizens about the competence of the Constitutional Court; and write a research and policy paper for the Macedonian Ministry of Justice, Constitutional Court of Macedonia, and Macedonian Parliament.
