1999 - 2000: The role of accounting institutions in Albanian economic reforms
The objectives of the research project are to analyze the role of accounting institutions on economic development in postcommunist Albania, assess the influence of foreign advisers in shaping Albania's accounting system, identify the 'link' between accounting institutions and economic progress, devise policy recommendations to strengthen the role of accounting institutions in contemporary Albania, and develop a policy paper in the field of economics/ management education.
