2002 - 2003: Cultural funding policies in transitional societies
The objective of the project is to analyze several existing mechanisms of financing cultural organizations and projects, both traditional and newly adopted, in contemporary Ukraine and in several neighboring postcommunist countries; write a research paper on cultural finance in transitional post-communist societies; design a set of recommendations for improving culture finance mechanisms and write a policy paper for the Ministry of Culture and the Arts of Ukraine.
