2002 - 2003: Occupational and environmental medicine informatics reform in Russia
The objectives of the project are to elaborate criteria for the evaluation of medical informatics systems in occupational and environmental health; perform a comparative evaluation of experiences in this field in several Russian regions, Ukraine, Hungary, Finland and the USA; prepare a scientifically substantiated concept of reform of occupational and environmental medicine informatics in Russia based on collected data; publish a research paper describing and advocating best practices; and produce a policy paper recommending reforms for the Federal Scientific Center for Hygiene of the Healthcare Ministry of Russian Federation.
