2002 - 2003: Primary and secondary education reform policy in Azerbaijan
The objectives of the project are to investigate corruption issues in the education system of Azerbaijan; explore issues of equity and quality in primary and secondary education; analyze crises in public financing relevant to primary and secondary education; and develop a research and policy paper in the field of education with action-oriented recommendations for the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan and the World Bank.
