2001 - 2002: Dual broadcasting system in Mongolia: Problems and prospects
The objectives of the project are to compare dual broadcasting systems in various European countries in order to investigate various approaches to the concept, financing, principles of broadcasting, control mechanisms, etc.; devise recommendations for developing electronic media policy in Mongolia; and develop a policy paper in the field of media policy.
