2000 - 2001: Policy and practice affecting East Central European homosexuals: An analysis of government policies and NGO strategies
The objectives of the project are to build on research conducted in 1999 on state policies toward homosexuals in Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic by extending this research to include Slovenia, Romania, and Poland; compare strategies of homosexual advocacy groups in these countries; and develop a policy paper in the field of law/human rights and minorities.

1999 - 2000: Central European policies affecting homosexuals
The objectives of the project are to develop a policy paper in the field of lesbian and gay rights; conduct research on state policies toward homosexuals in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia; and provide recommendations based on comparative research into the strategies of homosexual advocacy groups in these countries.
