2006 - 2007: Informed citizenry, accountable government and effective management of oil resources
The objectives of the project are to develop policy suggestions on how to involve local governance institutions into the management of oil revenues and expenditures in Azerbaijan and write policy study and research paper for the Azerbaijan Parliament Commission on Regional Governance and Azerbaijan Secretariat of the State Programme on Poverty Reduction and Economic Development.
