2002 - 2003: Reinvigorating regional cooperation by fostering local initiatives
The objectives of the project are to identify strategies for overcoming the current stalemate regarding the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe; propose recommendations for reform of current structures of Southeast Europe cooperation; and write a research and policy paper for the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Stability Pact officials, and relevant non-governmental organizations.
