1999 - 2000: Social capital and public administration reform
The objectives of the project are to develop a policy paper in the field of public administration, investigate the concept of social capital in the context of housing management, provide policy recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of housing associations, and determine the applicability of this Romanian case study to other countries in the region.
