2002 - 2003: Tripartism and social partnership in Southeast Europe: Social dialogue solutions for Serbia and Montenegro
The goals of the project are to analyze experiences in the work of tripartite institutions in the countries of Southeast Europe; establish cooperation with experts from those countries dealing with these issues; undertake study visits to interview those responsible for organizing social dialogue (Sofia, Zagreb, Skopje); elaborate recommendations for the development of tripartism and social dialogue in Serbia and Montenegro; prepare seminars for the representatives of unions from the former Yugoslavia working on this issue; and write a research and policy paper for employers' associations and Ministries of Labor as well as other relevant governmental bodies in Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro.
