2002 - 2003: Higher education legislation in Balkan countries
The aim of the project is to conduct comparative analysis of legislation regulating higher education institutions in selected Balkan countries; examine the specific legislative norms that regulate educational practices in these countries; identify the most decisive factors sparking education reforms; and write a research and policy paper for the Bulgarian Rectors' Council; the Parliamentary Commission for Education, Science and Culture; and the Ministry of Education and Science.
