2003 - 2004: Equal opportunity policies of Hungarian companies
The objectives of the project are to examine gender equal opportunity experiences and policies of private companies of various size and status (head offices as well as branches) and various ownership (Hungarian and foreign companies); identify differences in gender equality approaches and their correlation with ownership status; identify good practices in the area of equal opportunity programs and present them to relevant public administrations and academic communities via publications in business journals; and write a research and policy paper for the Hungarian Ministry of Employment and Labor and interested academics.
