2006 - 2007: "Traditional" social legacies, state building, and democratization: The case of Kyrgyzstan
The objectives of the project are to analyze the problem of nepotism and its impact on state building; elaborate strategies to adopt alternatives to nepotism in state structures; and write research paper and policy study for the FTI, OSCE, and Government of Kyrgyzstan.
