2004 - 2005: Scaling up microfinance to increase access to financial services in Serbia
The objectives of the project are to conduct research on microfinance legislation and the process of scaling up microfinance in the Southeast Europe; analyze the relevant requirements related to EU membership; devise recommendations for new microfinance legislation; and write a research and policy paper for the National Bank of Serbia and the Serbian Ministry of Finance.
