2000 - 2001: Mental disability in Armenia: Developing an advocacy strategy with lessons from Eastern Europe
The objectives of the research are to review existing systems of care for persons with mental disabilities in Armenia, Hungary, and Poland; conduct comparative analyses of mental health legislation in the region of Eastern and Central Europe and former USSR; design new advocacy strategies appropriate for the region; and develop a policy paper in the field of public medicine/health.
