2005 - 2006: Court administration and management reform in Armenia
The objectives of the project are to conduct qualified research and develop specific policy recommendations on the judicial service, court administration and management, and judicial planning and budgeting in Armenia; carry out a survey to measure the degree of satisfaction of court users with the courts' performance; provide expert advice in drafting new legislation on judicial service or amending existing laws; publish a user-friendly informational court guide; and write a research paper and policy study with recommendations for the courts of general jurisdiction, Council of Court Chairmen Judicial Education Center, Ministry of Justice, and relevant non-governmental organizations.
