2002 - 2003: E-government: Developing a national policy
The aim of the project is to study means for creating e-government in Ukraine, including a technical internet program allowing public access to government bodies; promote the increased effectiveness of government measures and devise the technical foundation for continuing administrative reforms in Ukraine encouraging the development of civil society, a favorable investment climate, and capital inflows into Ukraine; and write a research and policy paper for the Department of Information Technologies and Computer Networks of the State Committee for Communication and Informatization of Ukraine, the Department of Information Technologies of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Department of Public Administration Reform, and the Departmentof Public Management Effectiveness of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration.
