2004 - 2005: An administrative judiciary in the Republic of Macedonia: Ideas and prospects
The objectives of the project are to conduct an analysis of the existing system of legal remedies for internal control regarding the legality of administrative acts in the Republic of Macedonia; develop concrete suggestions for reducing the existing number of special legal remedies; introduce a concept of a new system of judiciary control over the administration into the Macedonian context; point out the need for further modification regarding the Macedonian Law on the Public Attorney (Ombudsman); and write a research and policy paper for the Macedonian Ministry of Justice, Ombudsman Institution in the Republic of Macedonia, Macedonian Supreme Court, Macedonian Constitutional Court and Faculty of Law in Skopje.
