1999 - 2000: Public service television reform in East Central Europe
The objectives of the project are to develop a policy paper in the fields of media and civil society; analyze the characteristics of East European post-communist state televisions and the various patterns of their reform; and propose policy recommendations for the de-politicization of state TV and the development of public TV in Romania and East-Central Europe.
