PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Expert, International Relations:
2000 – Present (full time)
National Theater Center, the Ministry of Culture,
Bulgaria.
Responsible for:

Cultural exchanges in the field of theater
between Bulgaria and the European countries;

Promotion and presentation of the state theatre
companies abroad;

Organization of the regular sessions for funding
of theater projects conducted by the National Theater Center several times
annually;

Consultation, development and control of the
theater projects supported by the National Theater Center (about 90 per
year);
Artistic and fundraising manager of performing
arts projects:

Collaboration with several organizations working
in the field of arts and culture.
Responsible for:

Preparation of the strategic plans and achievement
of the projects’ objectives;

Design and implementation of the financial plans;

sponsors and donors);

2 sessions a year) coming from diverse areas of the performing arts, and
presented for funding by Soros Foundation;

Marked out the strengths and the weaknesses of the
projects and outlined possibilities for their improvement;

Suggested recommendations to the teams of the projects;

Presented and motivated opinion to the Board of Arts
and Culture Network Program for support or rejection of funding for every
particular project proposal;

Cultural Management Training of Trainers Course.
Yerevan, Armenia.
Conducted 10-day intensive training for 12 professionals
coming from diverse cultural organizations in Armenia. Topics: Cultural
policy and state support for culture; Management of arts organizations;
Market aspects of arts; Fundraising; Project management; Networking.
(Financed by the World Bank through the All-Armenian

from Kazakhstan interested in beginning careers in arts management. Topics:
Project management for artistic organizations; Elaboration of project proposals;
Marketing in the arts; Cultural policies and cultural administration.
