 Project objectives
  • to conduct qualified research and develop specific policy recommendations on the judicial service, court administration and management, and judicial planning and budgeting in Armenia
  • carry out a survey to measure the degree of satisfaction of court users with the courts’ performance
  • provide expert advice in drafting new legislation on judicial service or amending existing laws
  • publish a user-friendly informational court guide
  • write a research paper and 20-page policy study in coordination with the group advisor with recommendations for the courts of general jurisdiction, Council of Court Chairmen Judicial Education Center, Ministry of Justice, and relevant non-governmental organizations
