1994- Participated in a post-graduate course in cross-border cooperation organized by the Institute of Economic Research, Bellinzona (Switzerland)

1993-96 – Involved in several local community projects within the framework of Civitas Foundation, Cluj

-Since 1997 – Participated in the series of annual conferences organized by the Debrecen Branch of the Hungarian Academy which resulted in publications

-1999-2000 – guest lecturer at the Faculty of Human Sciences, University of Debrecen, Hungary

-Since 2000 Participated in the research program organized at the University of Debrecen, in the field of Roma education.

-Since 2002 - International Policy Fellow at the Center for Policy Studies, Budapest
