This research project is designed for the period of March 2003 - March 2004.
March 2003 - April 2003
Identifying partners in all countries covered by the research and setting
up contacts. The potential partners include: local government units responsible
for culture, educational institutions, cultural field experts, cultural institutions
of the public sector and the third sector.
May 2003 - June 2003
Consultations with the partners.
Adjustment of the scope of research.
Development of the detailed research plan.
Gathering documentation / data for the content analysis.
July 2003
Content analysis.
Developing the research tools - questionnaires, focus groups and interviews
plans.
August 2003 - November 2003
Carrying out the research in respective countries.
Developing methodology for the comparative analysis.
December 2003 - January 2004
Preparing the final outcome of the research.
Formulating the policy recommendations.
Additional fundraising for the final conference / seminar.
February 2004 - March 2004
Preparing the publication of the research results / research paper, distributing
to the involved parnters and other establishments that should be addressed.
Organising the final conference / seminar.
