2. Work on the final research paper continued.

3. I took part in the School on Grant-Making and Seminar on Evaluation of Social Projects organized by the Siberian Center for the Support of Civic Initiatives (Novossibirsk), 11-14 July. At the school I conducted a mater-class on private foundations with mixed budget (with the example of the Partnership for Transparency Fund, www.partnershipfortransparency.info), held 2 parts of research in the frame of CIVICUS Civil Society Index on 15 July (consultations with stakeholders and expert interviews), as well as carried out a series of interviews on IPF research. The following people were interviewed with an accent of the forms of influence, impact and advocacy of civil society groups directed towards authorities:
