Maria-Carmen
specialises in policy and research in the area of youth, labour market, Roma minority, volunteering
and migration. She authored over 30 articles, book chapters and policy
reports and worked as a consultant for EU-CoE youth partnership, Council
of Europe, the European Youth Foundation, UNIFEM,
CSES Kent. She has a PhD in Sociology (BBU), a MSc in Evidence-Based Social Interventions (Oxford
University) and an MA with Merit in Gender Studies (Central European
University). Maria-Carmen is Lecturer
in Social Work at BBU Cluj-Napoca. Professional commitments include: ·
