March-April

1.1. First IPF Seminar in Budapest

1.2. Review current practice in palliative care in Slovenia

1.3. Compare Slovenia with selected other countries in terms of data system, payment models and clinical practice

1.4. Make decisions regarding changes to the routine palliative care data set for better clinical management

1.5. Participation at International Conference: Effective Advocacy for Health, Bled, Slovenia; April 21 - 24

May

2.1. Review and refine clinical protocols as necessary

2.2. Explore classification models and begin the testing of a preferred model 2.3. Identify the palliative care teams, consultants

2.4. Start education (workshops) for implementation of the new protocols

2.5. Identify the definition entering the pilot

3.1 Identify the evaluation for the model (several questionnaires and specific indicators)

3.2. Meeting with personal mentor

3.3. Prepare an article to publish in an international medical journal

3.4. Active participation at the EAPC Conference in Stresa, Italy
