ACTIVITY REPORT FOR MAY-JUNE 2005

• <>Develop methodology for introducing quality management system into the government activity. Case of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine

Goal for May-June:

• Begin functional analysis of the MDCS activity using guidelines of ISO 9001 standard to prepare pilot introduction of quality management system

Methods used:

• Literature review to study theoretical material and case studies in quality management
• Functional analysis to identify organizational challenges and problem areas of the MDCS
• International conference participation to present case for the government of Ukraine, get feedback and make contacts
• Interviews to get in-depth knowledge from renowned experts in quality management

Activities:
