These policy papers were compiled within the framework of the IPF post-graduate research program at the Central European University. The policy papers investigate  reforms of land relations and the development of a full-fledged land market in Central and Eastern Europe,  and in particular in Ukraine.

The paper offers a critical analysis of  the institutional, social, and economic aspects of  land relations, and in particular, the evolution of the land market in Ukraine.

"A Policy Agenda for Advancing Land Relations in Ukraine"

The paper analyzes some main features of land  market development and  considers what  the next stages might be to advance land relations in Ukraine.
