The objectives
of my project include:
- conducting
qualified
research and develop specific policy recommendations on the
judicial service, court administration and management, and judicial
planning
and budgeting in Armenia;
- carrying
out a survey to measure the degree of
satisfaction of court users with the courts’ performance;
- providing
expert advice
in drafting new legislation on judicial service or amending existing
laws;
- publishing a user-friendly informational court
guide;
- and
writing a research paper and 20-page policy study in coordination with
the group
advisor with recommendations for the courts of general
jurisdiction,
Council of Court Chairmen Judicial Education Center, Ministry of
Justice, and
relevant non-governmental organizations.
