The mentors for the Project are

 Professor Leslie C. Eliason (link http://www.miis.edu/gsips-faculty.html?id=27)

is a Program Head at the Graduate School of International Policy Studies, at the

Monterey Institute of International Studies, California, USA.  Prof. Eliason has an extensive

international expertise in the areas of comparative public policy, European politics

and cross-cultural policy studies.

Professor Raivo Vetik is a Professor of Comparative Politics

and director of the Institute of International and Social Studies

at the Tallinn Pedagogical University.  Prof. Vetik has legal background; well

know for his numerous research and publications in the sphere

of multiethnic relations and ethno-policy in Estonia. 

Professor Marje Pavelson - is a chair of Economic Sociology at the Department of

Public Economy of the Tallinn Technical University.  The main areas of

research of Prof. Pavelson are labor market: labor force and education, the

structures of employment and unemployment; segmentation and social differences

among the groups.

  Among the latest research contributions of Professors Vetik and Pavelson

are the chapters at the recently published book " The Challenge of the Russian Minority.

Emerging Multicultural Democracy in Estonia." edited by Marju Lauristin
